The show is organized by Silvia Bernardini, owner of the restaurant L’Invito in San Miguel de Allende, member of Slow Food Mexico and of the Gruppo Virtuale Cuochi Italiani, and its aim is to introduce the public to the production of small farmers who create in San Miguel high-quality products like cheeses of goat, sheep and cow milk, cold cuts like prosciutto, salami, speck, organic vegetables and wines.

The products that we use in our restaurant come from almost every zone of San Miguel de Allende. It is important to give jobs to the local farmers and use the product of the zone, because this guarantees the quality and freshness of the products.

When the vegetables travel thru thousands of miles, they lose their organic quality, for this reason choose to work with the ranchos of our zone.
