Our Producers
Our producers raise the awarness of the
artisans in the realm of flavors, nutritional products, small
argiculture, sustainable cattle ranching and fish hatcheries.

The Slow Food Convivio of San Miguel de Allende, organizes
events that celebrate the local gastronomy, that helps to the
farmers and craftsmen of the zone to present to the public their
products every second Saturday of every month.
It also organizes the San Miguel Gourmet, Salon del Gusto de Mexico.
